Ticket Information

There are two different locations to pick up your tickets. Your tickets will only be available at your designated location. Please read the instructions below to determine whether your tickets will be available at Location #1 or Location #2.
Credit card holder MUST be present with the credit card and valid photo identification (Government Issued ID) to pick up tickets.
If you selected to pick up, you must retrieve your tickets in advance of the event. Tickets will NOT be available for pick-up at the venue.

All sales are final.

No Refunds will be issued under any circumstance unless an event is canceled or rescheduled.

If your event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing: we'll inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets, on the same payment method used for purchase.
