Ticket Information


ALL SALES ARE FINAL, EXCEPT FOR CANCELED EVENTS.

If your event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do a thing. We will inform you of the cancellation and refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method you used for purchasing your tickets but we will not be responsible for any other expenses in connection with attending the event including, but not limited to, our per ticket service fee and per order processing fee or for any of your travel expenses.

WARNING: There are unscrupulous ticket sellers who claim to be us and we cannot refund your money for purchasing tickets from unauthorized ticket sellers. Be sure that before you purchase tickets to our events that you are buying them from us or one of our authorized resellers. If you are unsure whether the ticket seller is authorized, please email us at info@balldrop.com to confirm that the ticket seller is authorized. You hereby waive any and all claims and potential claims against Ball Drop and against any companies affiliated with Ball Drop relating to unauthorized ticket sales.
